This course will provide you with countless opportunities to develop advanced skills in the key areas of voice, singing, movement, production and acting. You will study specific forms of acting such as acting for radio, acting for camera and theatre styles, as well as professional development for actors and how to present your skills successfully during a performance.

We work in close partnership with Aberdeen Performing Arts, Aberdeen Arts Centre Theatre and the Scottish Drama Training Network, and throughout your time on the course you will be strongly encouraged to develop an understanding of how to sell your talents within the industry.

Entry Requirements

2 Highers. (Foundation Apprenticeship may be accepted in place of 1 Higher). All applicants are required to attend an audition. Applicants will be required to learn and perform two speeches (one contemporary speech of your own choice and a Shakespeare speech from a given selection). HNC will give you entry to year 2.
