Content

A wide cross-section of theoretical and practical skills required by the travel and tourism industry. Classroom-based study plus off-campus visits incorporating working with sector partners.

Sample topics include: International Tourism, Marketing, Customer Service, Working as Senior Air Cabin Crew, Airline and Travel Agency operations, Sustainability, Attraction visits and Activity Tourism.

Entry Requirements

1 Higher, preferably English. Progression for NC students to this level will be subject to successfully completing a test at the end of their NC year.

Candidates wishing to apply who do not meet the above criteria, but have life skills or relevant experience will be considered after the completion of a successful interview and appropriate references being supplied.
