This course is suited to individuals interested in the subject areas of illustration, graphic design, 2D and 3D animation. Through a variety of engaging projects, you will develop a broad range of skills within research and concept development including the design process using industry standard digital software. Learners develop their creative and technical skills in preparation for HN level study with support from expert staff who will encourage and assist you in the development of your creative process. On completion of the course you will have produced a broad and exciting portfolio within the field of computer art and design.
2 subjects at National 5 preferably including English and Art and Design, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5. A portfolio of your work should be shown at interview.
