This is Year 2 of the HND Acting and Performance course. It follows on from HNC Acting and Performance.

As a student on this course, you will not only participate in varied and exciting practical workshops focusing on movement, voice, and acting, you will also collaborate with others to create dynamic productions to showcase these skills. In addition, you will learn how to evaluate, analyse, and further develop your skills whilst building a portfolio of your performance work to support you in entering work in the performance industry.

Year 2 units: Voice 2: applying skills in performance; Movement 2: applying skills in performance; Acting 2: applying skills in performance; Production 2: applying skills in performance; Graded unit 2; Professional development for actors; Optional units.

Entry Requirements

HNC Acting and Performance. Interview and audition.

Progression Routes

On completion of this course you will be able to progress to university level study and take advantage of current two year top up degree arrangements with UWS and Napier University as well as preparing for audition to other undergraduate programmes.
