During this dynamic course, you'll explore various aspects of the music industry. Here's a glimpse of what you may learn:

your musical performance; song writing; musical notation; sound engineering and production; MIDI sequencing; and, music business know-how.

As part of this course, you'll have the exciting opportunity to perform at live gigs in the college theatre, as well as at local pubs and clubs in Ayrshire.

Entry Requirements

2 subjects at National 4 including Music, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 4. Entry is subject to interview and audition. Musical performance ability in at least one instrument or voice, at a minimum of National 4 level.

Students without any formal qualifications, but with life experience and a demonstrable interest in the subject area will also be considered for entry.
