Content

Websites and apps have become an important element of marketing and communications for businesses and organisations. To remain successful, traditional web development companies have to change and adapt to the developing technologies.

Digital agencies are replacing web design and development companies and services provided have expanded into e-commerce, app development, digital marketing and branding, SEO, UX/UI design, graphic design, video production, motion graphics, animation and copywriting. Many larger organisations have their own digital teams who provide services in-house.

The HNC Digital Design and Web Development will give you a professional grounding in the principles surrounding the development of interactive and digital media products as well as skills in a number of key areas including graphic design, 2D/3D animation, web design, app/game development, audio/video production and visual effects. It will provide you with an up-to-date qualification within an ever-changing employment market, as well as a progression route to HND level and beyond.
