This course equips learners with practical, industry-linked skills aligned to regional business needs, while providing clear progression to HNC Business or HNC Administration and IT.
The programme develops digital capability, commercial awareness and professional confidence through workshops, real-world projects, employer engagement and applied learning.
Students gain hands-on experience in digital communications, data analysis, creating dashboards for data visualisation, marketing fundamentals, customer service, and business project work, alongside enterprise and innovation activity.
Strong emphasis is placed on employability, digital literacy, workplace wellbeing and metaskills development – including leadership, collaboration, problem solving and resilience – ensuring learners are well prepared for employment, promotion or further study.
Relevant Higher preferred. National 5 English and Maths, or relevant Foundation Apprenticeship, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5.
