This course is designed to enable you to work on various productions that will give you a broad set of practical and technical skills used in Technical Theatre, Sound Production and Live Performance

The course format will involve planning and preparing a theatre production and creating all the digital and practical materials to ensure the show is a success. It will also include recording music and sound effects, and learning how to edit, mix and master them for various projects that include the performing arts.

Examples of the work you will create can include original music, a library of sound effects for a show/game/TV film or Web, a live gig or full band studio recording, Prop creation, Set design and creation, Costume design, Audio and Lights showreels for Sound and Lights for a drama show.

Alongside creative and technical skills, you will develop important skills for working independently and as part of a team.
