This is an excellent program and qualification for students wishing to pursue a career in the dynamic, diverse, popular and exciting world of hospitality. The course will focus on establishing, developing and enhancing knowledge, understanding and awareness with specific emphasis on operating a professional food and beverage service.

You will undertake a wide variety of areas that are specifically important within the food and beverage orientated role and specifically important to employees within the professional hospitality industry.
