This practical course offers learners the opportunity to build essential skills for a successful career in the hospitality industry. Training takes place in our Taste training restaurant, cafe classroom and commercial kitchens, providing hands-on experience in a professional setting.

Food and Beverage Service; Food Safety and Food Preparation; Health and Safety in Hospitality; Working as Part of a Hospitality Team; Customer Service; Costing and other specialist skills, such as Barista training.
