This course advances learners skills and knowledge in the hospitality industry. This qualification covers areas such as team leadership, control of resources, team working, workplace health and safety and supervision of a wide range of hospitality areas.

You will be immersed in a simulated working environment, welcoming customers from the region for small gatherings and special events.The SCQF Level 7 course in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership is suitable for a wide range of candidates including those who have recently left school and adult learners returning to education.
