This course will develop you to enter junior management within the hospitality and events industry or prepare you for further study at level 7. With a strong focus on enhancing specialist skills for work within hotels, bars, restaurants, and event organisations.
This level 6 course will provide you with the enhanced skills and theoretical knowledge for various roles such within food and beverage, front office, events, sales and marketing, human resources or finance.
2 subjects at National 5, or NC Hotel, Restaurant and Bar Operations (Level 5), or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5. Interview.
