This course will develop you to enter junior management within the Hospitality & Events Industry or prepare you for further study at level 7. With a strong focus on enhancing specialist skills for work within hotels, bars, restaurants, and event organisations. You will study subjects associated with management and leadership within this industry.

This level 6 course will provide you with the enhanced skills and theoretical knowledge for various roles such within food and beverage, front office, events, sales and marketing, human resources or finance.

Subjects Include:
Food & Beverage Operations; Wines & Spirits; Corporate Events; Leading a Hospitality Team; Event Planning; Marketing & Digital Media.

Entry Requirements

3 subjects at National 5, or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5. Interview.
