This course is a stepping stone towards a career in a specialist computer science subject. During this course you will learn a diverse range of essential computing industry skills from troubleshooting computer problems to software development.

Topics Include:
Professionalism and Ethics in Computing; Troubleshooting Computer Problems; Developing Software: Introduction; Computer System Fundamentals; Team Working in Computing; Computing: Graded Unit 1 (Exam); PC Hardware and Operating Systems; Networking Technology; Artificial Intelligence; Ethical Hacking.

Entry Requirements

Higher Maths, Computing Science or a science subject. Interview.
