This course introduces learners to the hospitality industry and explores the scope of the industry, the career paths and job roles within it, and the employability skills that underpin them.

Students will study a variety of units that will provide candidates with the skills required in the kitchen environment and front of house. They will be immersed in a simulated working environment, welcoming customers from the region for small gatherings and special events.

Entry Requirements

No formal entry requirements, although learners would benefit from having relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 4.
