This course develops knowledge and skills core to all areas of hospitality operations and provides the opportunity to complete more specialist units in, for example, accommodation operations, front office management, specialist food and beverage services, events and conferences.

Content includes:

Hospitality Supervision; Financial Control; Food and Beveridge Operations; Food Hygiene.
