This course introduces learners to hospitality and explores the scope of the industry, the career paths and job roles within it, and the employability skills that underpin them. Students will study units that contribute to a National Progression Award in Hospitality, covering Barista Skills, Developing Customer Care in Hospitality and Working in the Hospitality Industry.
