Businesses play a significant role in environmental impact. Understanding sustainability helps to minimise negative environmental impacts, such as pollution, resource depletion and carbon emissions. The HNC Business with Sustainability Management will cover topics such as resource consumption, market competitiveness, risk mitigation, global responsibility and innovation.

In addition students will learn key business skills such as emerging technologies, leadership skills, business law and accounting.

In summary studying sustainability is essential for ethical, financial and strategic reasons, helping companies thrive in a rapidly changing world while contributing to a more sustainable future.

Entry Requirements

1 relevant Higher; or Foundation Apprenticeship Business Skills; or NQ Business and Management (Level 6); or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6.
