This course is designed to create a pipeline of new talent for the energy industry with the knowledge and technical skills required for onshore and offshore roles.

You will gain a grounding in core engineering knowledge and skills, an understanding of the new technologies essential to the successful delivery of net zero, and a foundation in the new in-demand digital skills.

Applicants will choose one of two routes (at interview stage): Electrical/Mechanical or Electrical/Instrumentation.

Entry Requirements

Maths at National 5 A or B; or NC Engineering (Level 5)

Progression Routes

This course will prepare you for progression into the renewable energy industry.
