The Acting and Theatre Performance course is designed for you if you wish to develop a foundation for progression to further study, and will give you the skills and knowledge for access to a career in the theatre industry.

Whether you see yourself in a role on stage or behind the scenes, this is an exciting course that will develop your talents towards success and recognition.

You will study:
Drama skills; Production skills; Voice skills; Acting skills; Theatre skills; Movement skills; Preparation for audition; Problem solving and communication; Showreel and personal development.

Entry Requirements

4 subjects at National 5 including English; or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5.

Progression Routes

Successful students progress to HNC Acting and Performance or drama-related programmes.
