The course is designed to ensure that you meet the diverse needs of the industry. This HNC will equip you with practical skills in advanced mechanical and electrical engineering systems, using simulation and design software. You will study several technical subjects, including Practical Workshop Skills, Electro-Mechanical Engineering Systems, Computer-aided Design and Materials Selection.

The subjects will be taught at a high level, allowing you to develop transferable skills essential for your future engineering career.

Entry Requirements

Higher Maths and preferably Physics or another science-based subject, or NC Engineering Systems (Level 6), or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6. Interview and aptitude test.
