If you’re passionate about competitive gaming and the industry around Esports, and want to turn that interest into real opportunities, this NQ qualification is your first step.

You’ll learn how to organise and run Esports events, manage teams, and explore the digital skills that power this global phenomenon. From social media management and digital media creation to games development and performance analysis, you’ll gain hands-on experience with the tools and techniques used by professionals.

You’ll also work with industry-standard hardware and software and get access to popular Esports titles.

You’ll have the chance to compete for a place in the college's Purple Unicorns Esports squad and compete in the British Esports Student Championships in games like Rocket League, Valorant, CS:GO, and DOTA 2.

You will study:
Digital Media; Social Media Management; Games Development; Event Organisation & Promotion; Team Management & Performance Analysis.

Entry Requirements

3 subjects at National 5 preferably including English and Maths; or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5. Interview.
