This course is a gateway to supervisory roles in the dynamic hospitality and events industry. It will open doors to many exciting career opportunities. The advanced customer service expertise you’ll gain and hands on training you’ll receive will prepare you to provide first class experiences in hotels or restaurants.

Content includes:

hands-on training; expert knowledge for food and drinks; financial literacy; event management; functions; industry visits; masterclasses; employer insights; and, competitions.

You’ll also build essential, transferable skills in communication, numeracy, ICT, teamwork and problem solving which can be applied in all aspects of life, education and work.

Entry Requirements

Food and Beverage Service (Level 5) or Professional Cookery (Level 5), or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5.
