This course is designed to prepare any budding chef with all the basic skills and knowledge required for becoming a Commis Chef in the hospitality industry. You also develop confidence and skills in working in our training kitchen producing food for the Overblikk restaurant.

Entry Requirements

4 subjects at National 4 including English; or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5.

Progression Routes

HNC Professional Cookery or commis chef positions.
