This PDA in Advanced Manufacturing (SCQF level 7) has been designed to address and close the current skills gap in the manufacturing workforce, as set out in the sector's Skills Investment Plans.

Manufacture is a key priority for Scotland, involving a range of industrial sectors, so this PDA is ideal for any individual or business that is involved in Manufacturing and Processing industries.

Core modules will include: Advanced manufacturing technologies; CAD: 3D printing and scanning; Internet of things.

You will also study 1 of the following optional modules: Robotic systems; Artificial intelligence.

Entry Requirements

1 Higher in a relevant subject plus National 5 in English, Maths and a science subject.
