The Skill Up course is a project based approach to learning where you will be studying four projects throughout the year. The project themes include Employability, Business Plan, Travel & Tourism, and Food & Drink. The delivery design of the course will support development of your key skills including communication, working with others, problem solving and digital.

You will have plenty of opportunities to develop practical skills and creative thinking. We will be working with industry partners such Aramark, Jet 2 and various hospitality and food and drink operators in the local area.

Project based learning in the key areas including:
Hospitality; Tourism; Events; Employability; Business Planning; Food and Drink Event; Work experience; Core Skills.

Entry Requirements

No formal entry requirements. Interview.
