During this Skill Up course you will study four projects throughout the year. The project themes include Employability, Business Planning, Travel & Tourism, and Food & Drink. You will improve your key skills including communication, working with others, problem solving and digital.

You will have plenty of opportunities to develop practical skills and creative thinking. The college works with industry partners such Aramark, Jet 2 and various hospitality and food and drink operators in the local area.

Project based learning in the key areas including:
Hospitality; Tourism; Events; Employability; Business Planning; Food and Drink Event; Work experience; Core Skills.
