This is an exciting course, which provides you with the skills and knowledge necessary to gain employment in the events/hospitality industry. The course focuses on developing your practical skills and knowledge including event organising, hospitality events, food and beverage service, alcoholic beverages and customer care.

This course will prepare you for progression to Advanced Certificate Hospitality and Events operations Level 6. The course also develops your employability skills to allow you to work in the main sectors of the industry including events, restaurants, bars, hotels whilst delivering excellent customer service.

You will study: Food and Beverage Service; Event Organising; Alcoholic Beverages; Events Costing.
