Content includes:

Food safety; bread basics; craft baking; food preparation techniques; cake decoration; culinary terms; menu planning; and, hospitality.

Entry Requirements

English and Maths at National 3, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 3.

Progression Routes

Progression on to a wide range of relevant courses at SCQF Level 5 or employment.
