This course is the ideal starting point for a career in the business world, providing you with progression opportunities onto further study and employment. It will enable you to acquire knowledge and understanding of the role and operation of a business, to develop analytical skills, to apply skills to business situations and to enhance your communication skills.
Throughout the course you will complete 3 National Progression Awards in Business Skills, Customer Service and Enterprise and Business. The course enables you to learn subjects such as Customer Service, Personal Development, Enterprise, Management of People and Finance, Contemporary Business Issues, Understanding Business, Marketing and Customer Care and you will have the opportunity to put your learning into practise with work experience.
3 relevant subjects at National 5, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5. Interview.
HNC Business or a range of related courses at HNC level. Or BSc business degree in partnership with the University of the West of Scotland.
