This new 2-year Foundation Degree is the first of its kind in Scotland, and it will help you develop the skills you need to build a career in esports.

Esports is not just playing games competitively; this is an exciting multidisciplinary industry requiring various skills.

In the first year of the degree you will study:
Introduction to digital marketing; Esports culture and context; Gameplay principles and strategies; Introduction to esports well-being and performance; Working in the creative and digital industries.

This Foundation Degree is validated by the University of West London (UWL).

Entry Requirements

1 Higher plus 4 subjects at National 5 at A or B, or relevant Foundation Apprenticeship, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6.

Progression Routes

Successful students will be able to progress to various opportunities such as University articulation, industry placements, full-time employment.
