This course is designed to provide skills and knowledge for people interested in furthering their career in Hospitality and provides a progression route to other Hospitality courses and programmes.
Aimed at pupils in S5- S6, the course is at Level 6 and will provide learning opportunities in the College within our Hospitality and Food Studies department.
Existing students can progress to this course and gain a NQ.
Experience within a live, practical training environment - The Gallery Restaurant and kitchens will give you transferable skills to enhance your career in Hospitality or other career paths
Relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5.
