This course could be for you if you have a real interest in baking or if you are considering cooking/bakery as a career. This qualification will enhance your existing skills and offer an additional qualification on your CV in a specialised area. You will leave with a portfolio of your work which can be presented to a potential employer.

Entry Requirements

Relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 4 preferred. Applicants must have a keen interest in baking.
