With state-of-the-art recording and rehearsal facilities built specifically for the degree programme, our BA in Music Performance programme offers learners the ability to enhance their repertoire within, but not limited to, Ensemble Performance, Music Research Practice, Solo Performance and to choose a highly engaging platform through their Creative Project which develops their practical industry experience.

Students will receive individual practical lessons as well as collaborative group lessons from lecturers all of whom are industry professionals. Learners will also take part in numerous performance opportunities both in the college theatre and in various venues across Scotland.

Students will embark on practical, theoretical and research projects based on the current industry needs and will collaborate with students from BA Sound Production and BA Music Industries across all main campuses. Modules include Solo Performance and Orchestration with various optional modules to suit your individual career plan.

Entry Requirements

Relevant HND. Entry is by audition.
