This two-year, full-time HND Music (Piano/Keyboard) course develops your skills as a versatile performer across classical, jazz, and contemporary styles. You’ll gain a solid foundation in musicianship, performance, and composition, preparing you for a professional career in live music, studio work, or teaching.

The course includes classes on the following:

First Study – Piano/Keyboard; Live Performance; Digital Audio Workstations; Music Theory & Rhythm Studies; Songwriting & Composition; Music Business for Musicians; Music History & Context.

Entry Requirements

Higher Music, or NQ Music - Piano/Keyboard (Level 6); or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6. Entry by interview and audition. Grade 5 or above in the chosen instrument from Trinity Rock School, London College of Music or ABRSM.
