This hands-on course offers an exciting introduction to the world of hospitality and professional cookery. Through a diverse range of practical units, you will gain a broad understanding of the hospitality sector and explore the many career opportunities it offers.

You will learn essential skills in Food Hygiene, Front of House Service, and Hospitality Events, and develop practical expertise in Professional Kitchen Operations and Craft Baking.
