This course provides an opportunity for learners to choose a hospitality or professional cookery pathway in line with their career aspirations, undertaking a range of practical and theoretical units such as Barista, Mixology and Bar Service Leadership, Food and Beverage and Events.

Professional Cookery will develop skills in a variety of complex dishes using a range of different techniques. The practical aspects of the course are facilitated in our Taste training restaurant and commercial kitchens providing a realistic learning environment. Learners provide a service to develop the necessary skills and knowledge required to achieve this qualification.

Entry Requirements

Relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5.
