This NC Cyber Security course is an introductory level course which covers a wide range of subjects, tools and techniques that can enable you to specialise in a particular area in cyber security. This course will enable you to learn new skills required in the fast expanding areas of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and digital technology.

You will also have the opportunity to enter World Skills competitions. Glasgow Clyde College are the lead developers for cyber security at World Skills UK.

Content includes:
Ethical hacking; Digital forensics; Data security; Linux; Web applications; Networking; Servers.

Entry Requirements

2 subjects at National 5 including Maths, Computing, Science or IT, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5. Entry may be subject to an interview.
