Hospitality is a growth industry both nationally and internationally, covering hotels, restaurants, pubs, leisure and travel. It needs good, trained staff and this course introduces you to the supervisory skills required for a successful and fulfilling career.

The hospitality programmes aim to give you exciting and interesting practical experience in UHI's own kitchens and through partnerships with external organisations.

Entry Requirements

1 Higher at C or above; or Foundation Apprenticeship Business Skills; or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6. Students will be required to attend for interview.
