This course provides continuing students the chance to improve and develop their skills, and acts as an access route into a career in computing for those with relevant school qualifications or practical experience.

This is a practical and hands on course giving the opportunity to learn skills and knowledge in a wide range of computing disciplines.

This course will give you the opportunity to experience several different computing disciplines including:

Software development; Office applications; Cyber security; Computer networking; Web technology; Hardware and software.

Entry Requirements

3 subjects at National 4, preferably including English, Maths and Computing Science, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 4. Entry subject to interview.
