This programme builds on the practical skills developed in Professional Chef, Hospitality and Professional Cookery and Professional Cookery and Bakery (SCQF Level 5). The course is designed to develop advanced practical skills and deliver the knowledge to enhance employment opportunities.
There may be, during the year, opportunities to develop your skills in competition work as well as participate in college-wide hospitality events.
There is also an opportunity during the year to work and live abroad for two weeks.
Relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5. Entry subject to interview.
