In Year 2, you study units including: hospitality operations, event planning and organisation, management accounting, marketing practice and principles of contemporary management. In Year 3, you study: sustainable tourism and the environment; food and beverage operations; Scotland’s visitor attractions; understanding visitor behaviour and understanding niche tourism.

Entry Requirements

3 Highers at C or above plus 2 subjects at National 5.

Progression Routes

This course prepares graduates for a variety of careers within the tourism and hospitality industry including hospitality operations, front of staff and tourism centre manager.
