The course provides a platform for students to enhance their skills in the preparation, production and finishing of a wide range of sweet and savoury dishes in both the college's purpose-built, state-of-the-art training kitchens and in fine dining outlet Scholars.

Entry Requirements

NQ Professional Cookery (Level 5), or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5. Entry subject to interview.
