This NQ Advanced Business and Accounting course is designed to prepare you for further study at Higher National level and for jobs in business, finance, retail, marketing and customer services. This course also provides an opportunity for you to complete the much sought after NPA (National Progression Award) in Accountancy.
Content includes:
Accounting – Financial, Management and Bookkeeping; Economics; Finance and Human Resources; Marketing and Operations; Employment Law; Business Enterprise; Communication; Preparing for Work; IT – Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and Access; Personal Development Activities.

4 subjects at National 5 including English and a maths based subject; or relevant Foundation Apprenticeship, or relevant NQ. Applications are also invited from those without formal qualifications but who have relevant life and/or work experience.
An interview may be part of the selection process.
