This course is designed to enable adult learners with no formal qualification to prepare, in one year, for entry to a Degree/HND/HNC course in Science or Engineering. It is run by the college in conjunction with the Scottish Wider Access Programme (SWAP).

Subjects Include:

Maths, Physics, Communications, Engineering and Computing.

Entry Requirements

Access courses provide support and guidance to help adults return to learning and choose the most appropriate route to Higher Education. You should have a gap in education of 3 or 5 years. There are no formal entry requirements and admission is by competitive interview. Written test.

Progression Routes

Progression is possible in a wide range of subjects including engineering, computing, maths, chemical and physical sciences.
