Year 2: Operations Management; IHTM Internship or Business Law; Market Diversification in Hospitality and Tourism; Human Resources Management; Digital Business and eCommerce Futures; Revenue Management in Hospitality and Tourism.

Year 3: New Enterprise Creation; Business Research Methods; Tourism in Developing Economies; People, Planet and Profit; Design for Hospitality and Tourism; plus one elective module.

Year 4: Management Insight and Consultancy; Dissertation or Business Project; International Destination Management and Marketing; International Leadership for Hospitality and Tourism; Contemporary Issues in Hospitality and Tourism.

Entry Requirements

2020 entry requirements:
4 Highers at BBBC (standard entry) or BCCC (widening access entry) plus English and Maths or Applications of Maths at National 5.

For entry to year 2 you must have 2 Advanced Highers at BC plus relevant Highers at BB (in different subjects).
