This exciting course will develop knowledge and skills in sound production with the aim of preparing students for progression to University and/or a wide range of careers including recording studio engineering, music production, live sound and audio post production.
In the state-of-the-art facilities, learners will develop a solid 'hands on' understanding of the latest digital technologies, as well as industry standard analogue classics, giving students the opportunity to become skilled in a wide range of current sound production practices and techniques.

2 Highers including English and/or Computing Science, Music or Physics; or Foundation Apprenticeship Creative and Digital Media plus 1 Higher, preferably in Music, Music Technology or Physics; or NC Sound Production; or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6; interview.
