Visit the Scottish School of Forestry in Balloch for an Open Day and Family Fun Event on Saturday, 20 May to find out about the training opportunities on offer to prepare you for a career in conservation, the environment and forestry-related industries.
All our courses are very practical, from maintaining and working with and using machinery, handling seeds, trees, the soil, and timber to linking the important relationship between nature, the environment and industry. The workshops, industry demonstrations, talks, and fun activities on offer during the day will give you an insight into student life at the Balloch campus.
