The purpose of the BSc (Hons) Construction and the Built Environment (Quantity Surveying) Graduate Apprenticeship course is to produce graduates with the relevant skills and knowledge to work in the highly diverse and challenging building and civil engineering sectors in the UK and overseas.

Year 1
Property Economics; Construction Technology 1; Professional Orientation and Practice; Construction Materials; Construction Contracts 1; Work-Based Learning 1.

Year 2
Construction Technology 2; Construction Process Management 1; Measurement 1; Construction Contracts 2; Construction Development and Economics; Work-Based Learning 2.

Year 3
Construction Cost Studies; Measurement 2; Construction Technology 3; Estimating; Contemporary QS Practice; Work-Based Learning 3.

Year 4
Dissertation; Project Management; Construction Contracts 3; Value and Risk Appraisal; Optional additional modules: Dispute Resolution; Construction and Project Commercial Management; Negotiation.

A Foundation Apprenticeship is accepted as equivalent of a Higher at B.
