This course can teach you the essential skills and knowledge you need to work as a construction operative. You'll learn how to mix and lay concrete, build drainage systems, lay brickwork and block paving, reinstate paths and paving, level and set out sites, and operate small tools. You'll also gain a broad understanding of the construction industry and the different roles and responsibilities involved.
