This is a supported progression course for young people who are interested in a career in construction. On successful completion, this course will enable you to progress on to an SCQF Level 4 course in this curriculum area.

Personal development units, include:
Practical abilities; Self and work; Self-awareness; Developing skills for employment; The Core Skills of ICT, numeracy and communication will be developed and certificated on this course.

Built environment subjects include:
Painting and decorating; Carpentry and joinery; General building; Brickwork.
