This Training Programme incorporates two distinct practical trades, Bricklaying, and Painting and Decorating. Introducing a variety of employer focussed activities, we aim to better prepare students to enter the Construction workforce and provide a pathway to sustained employment, possibly leading to a long-term career.

The programme would be ideal for students who have no practical experiences and who may be unsure of the routes to starting work in Construction. This course will give the student an opportunity to progress to further study or employment in a vibrant, expanding and exciting industry.
